Another rumor hits around the web that iPad 2 will announce by next 3-4 weeks. Kevin Rose, the Digg founder received information from a source that iPad 2 is going to announce with short period, possibly on 1st February 2011.

The most interesting thing to see that the iPad 2 will not feature Retina Display but instead is higher resolution screen with more dots per inch (DPI) in addition to dual cameras.

I have it on good authority that Apple will be announcing the iPad 2 in the next “3-4 weeks”, possibly Tuesday February 1st. The iPad 2 will feature a retina display and front/back cameras.

If you’re thinking of buying an iPad, hold off for now.

UPDATE: Spoke w/another source, the display has a “higher dpi”, but not technically a retina display. This seems odd to me, we’ll have to wait and see.

Well! as we see lots of iPad competitor in CES 2011, Apple’s next generation iPad needs more boost to their tablet. Apple already keeping their eyes on latest available of tablets such as Motorola XOOM, T-Mobile LG Slate and other which are all said to be an iPad killer.

So, hold for now if you are planing to buy an iPad or any other tablet pc, let’s check out the next generation iPad 2 and decide weather it catches you or not.
